To get a permit, you will need to complete an application which can be found at www.catoosapolice.org or can be picked up at the Catoosa City Hall, 214 South Cherokee Street, Catoosa, OK. 

You can deliver the application to Catoosa City Hall, 214 South Cherokee Street, with the applicable annual fee. You can also mail the application with the annual application fee to The City of Catoosa, please make to Attention to Alarm Permit, P.O. Box 190 Catoosa, OK 74015. Do not send cash by mail.
